Many women with heavy menses seem to prone to chronic anemia. Since they can’t build there blood enough before the next moon time.

8 cloves of garlic crushed

2 carrots cleaned an sliced

2 stalks celery chopped

2 tablespoons grated fresh  ginger or 1 tablespoon dry ginger

salt and cayenne pepper to taste

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

enough water, veggie broth, or chicken or beef broth to cover plus two inches

Simmer mixture for an hour to an hour and a half until a rich broth is made and the vegetables are very tender

Eat two bowls a day 2 cups each or you can puree into a thick gruel, it’s quite tasty and you can add a couple of tablespoons of curry  powder as well as a can of coconut milk to make it into an Asian soup. This soup freezes well and is great for a 7-10 day fast.
