The Master Cleanse Recipe
8 oz. warm water
2 Tbs. fresh lemon or lime (no canned or concentrate—Fresh only!)
2 TBS. pure Maple syrup
1/10 tsp. cayenne pepper
Combine all in a glass or cup, heat if preferred, and drink!
This can be followed for up to 10 days, six to twelve glasses per day, and does provide nutrients needed. I have known some who have followed this cleanse for up to 30 days.
The cleanse helps to: purify the bloodstream, eliminate toxins and congestion that have formed in your body, loosens all the hardened waste and unusable materials that our bodies have collected, cleanses the kidneys and digestive system, and increases elasticity and youth.
Ultimately this cleanse can be exercised about four times a year. It’s like Spring cleaning your body!
